Moka District Court - The Remains Of

Another promise of the authorities that is deceitful is obviously the Moka District Court when going through that region. The building, imposing as it looks, is too difficult not to be noticed. An old colonial structure dating back to the nineteenth century and is currently in a devastated look and for which the restoration process has been mentioned some months back but till now (Dec 2013) nothing… Sometimes it is to be wondered whether such competencies exist for such structures…
