One of the other sides of the Special Mobile Force (SMF) apart from being of military purpose, is also their music band and performances. Those who are acquainted to the region of Vacoas must certainly have noticed and heard the frequent music repetition, specially in the afternoons, of the SMF at the other end of the quarters (coming from the Phoenix Beverages Coca-Cola factory). For sure they are very good and talented, and this much they practice certainly makes then as such.

From the picture it looks like it was most probably during one of their very island-famous fancy-fairs on Sundays. Those who have had the chance to be present at such fancy fairs, which unfortunately are no longer organized, will admit how great and entertaining they were. The public had the chance to see military equipment and vehicles up close.
